Absolutely! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can enjoy a stress-free event.

JumpyJoy is based in Steinbach, Manitoba, and we serve nearby areas within 20 km for free. A small delivery fee applies for longer distances.

Space requirements depend on the inflatable. For example, a 32’ obstacle course needs about 37’ x 15’ of flat, open space. We’ll confirm exact measurements when you book.

We accept E-transfer, cash, or cheque.

Yes, a small deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

Safety comes first! If weather conditions make setup unsafe (heavy rain or strong wind), we’ll work with you to reschedule or cancel with no penalty.

Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours before your event to make changes.

Yes! We thoroughly clean and sanitize every inflatable after each rental to ensure your event is safe and hygienic.

We don’t stay to supervise, but we’ll give you clear safety instructions before your event. An adult must always be present to watch the kids.
