JumpyJoy Customer Policy

At JumpyJoy, our goal is to bring safe and unforgettable fun to your event. To ensure a smooth rental experience, please review our customer policy below:​

Booking & Payment
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due before or upon delivery.

  • We accept cash, cheques and e-transfers.

Delivery & Setup
  • Free delivery and setup in Steinbach and surrounding areas within a 20 km radius!

  • Please ensure there is a clear, flat area for setup before we arrive.

  • The customer must provide access to electricity.

Safety Rules
  • Adult supervision is required at all times when the inflatable is in use.

  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets inside the inflatable.

  • Capacity limits must be respected for safety.

  • Inflatables must not be used in high winds, rain, or unsafe weather.

Weather Policy
  • If weather conditions are unsafe (rain, strong winds), JumpyJoy reserves the right to cancel or postpone your rental for safety reasons.

  • Customers may reschedule or receive a credit toward a future booking.

Damages & Responsibility
  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules.

  • Normal wear and tear is not charged.

  • A cleaning fee may apply if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty.

Cancellations
  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
